​Dermal Fillers

Much can be achieved to improve lip shape and fullness using facial dermal fillers. Lips are the frame to healthy teeth and complete the picture of an attractive smile. Skin contours and wrinkles can also be smoothed to give a more youthful appearance with facial dermal fillers.

Restylane^® and Juvéderm^® dermal fillers are used for facial aesthetic procedures, both of these contain hyaluronic acid which the body produces naturally to maintain skin elasticity and volume. The amount of this acid produced by the body depletes as we grow older leading to wrinkles and sagging of the skin.

Results of gently injecting hyaluronic acid into the areas requiring enhancement, using ultra fine needles, are natural and subtle. The treatment is not permanent but can last up to 12 months, after which follow-up sessions are recommended.

An alternative used for smoothing fine lines such as between the eyebrows (frown lines) and at the corners of the eyes (crows feet).
